Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for someone early in their marketing career that is willing and able to grapple with new ideas and gain fast experience in all marketing operations.

You must be curious, looking to constantly improve and iterate our programs, and a desire to own our external presence online and in our community. Reporting to Marketing Operations, this person will be able to take ownership of the demand generation programs that we have put in place in the last 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing and editing rich content that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Working in Hubspot to grow new marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Manage all social media accounts
  • Design metric system and analytics to track the success of all programs.
  • Work directly with outbound lead gen programs to design email copy and campaigns around lead nurturing.
  • Work with sales team to continue to define customer personas, designing online campaigns and email programs to engage with each persona type.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proven success in creating and editing content such as blog post, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and paid ads
  • Experience executing demand programs across multiple channels (email, webinars, events, website, podcasts, social media, etc.)
  • Interest in SEO, SEM, and measuring the success of all programs.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing . . .

  • Managing the client relationship during searches (including scheduling interviews, receiving and communicating interview feedback, offer negotiation, and closing)
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market using LinkedIn and other job posting platforms.
  • Identifying important decision makers at prospective companies to contact through cold calls and emails
  • Uncovering clients hiring needs and consulting with hiring managers on the Salesforce market.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.

What You’ll Need . . .

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Experience building consultative relationships with C-level executives
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven marketer to own the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.

What you would be doing…

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

What you need…

  • Experience with marketing automation software (Pardot preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce recquired.
  • Hands on experience building and launching marketing campaigns
  • Experience leading the execution of demand programs across multiple channels (email, webinars, events, web site, web personalization, SEM, social media, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of programs on sales cycles; monitor reports and dashboards to demonstrate progress toward goals.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • A nerf gun (optional but highly encouraged!)
